- Calamari
- Milk (Enough to cover calamari)
- Cornmeal
- Parmesan
- Wondra flour
- Cayenne
- Salt
- White pepper
Instructions
- Soak calamari in milk for 5 hours
- Cut calamari into rings
- Dredge in remaining ingredients
