Ingredients
  • Calamari
  • Milk (Enough to cover calamari)
  • Cornmeal
  • Parmesan
  • Wondra flour
  • Cayenne
  • Salt
  • White pepper
Instructions
  1. Soak calamari in milk for 5 hours
  2. Cut calamari into rings
  3. Dredge in remaining ingredients
