Lobster Bisque Senegalese

Ingredients

- 2 stalks celery (chopped finely)
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic (mashed)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 5 Tablespoons Flour (or cornstarch)
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Accent
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup coffee cream
- 2 oz sherry
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Metlt butter and add chopped celery and onions and garlic. Sauté until transparent.
- Stir in flour, curry powder, paprika and Accent. Cook slowly for a few minutes.
- Add chicken broth, stirring slowly.
- Cook for 15 minutes. Add lobster. Remove from fire. Add warm cream and sherry.
